Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same original condition as received.
- In its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including personalized or custom-made items, and products marked as final sale.

Refunds
