Welcome to FolioVellum. By accessing and using our website at FolioVellum (the "Site") and purchasing our products in the categories of Filing & Storage, Writing Instruments, Stationery Tools, Paper & Notebooks, and Art & DIY, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

These terms govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use the Site.

User Agreement

This agreement is between you, the user, and FolioVellum. By using the Site, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Site through your internet connection are aware of these terms and comply with them. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Site, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice.

All orders placed through the Site are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse any order for any reason, including limitations on product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FolioVellum, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or the products purchased, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Intellectual Property Protection

The entire content of the FolioVellum Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of FolioVellum or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, without our express written permission. The "FolioVellum" name and logo, and all related product and service names are proprietary trademarks of FolioVellum.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from FolioVellum. If you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items, personalized/customized products, and certain art/DIY supplies may be final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
