Shipping Method & Processing
We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Shipping Destinations & Timelines
We ship internationally. Delivery times for Standard Shipping vary by destination:
- Domestic (U.S.): 5-10 business days.
- International: 10-20 business days.
Please note these are estimated transit times and do not include order processing. Delays due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier issues are possible and beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the delivery destination. We do not offer free shipping at this time. The final shipping charge will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address, please email us immediately at [email protected]. We will attempt to update the order if it has not yet been processed for shipment.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim. Also, notify us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged package and contents.
For packages marked as "Delivered" that you have not received, please first check with your household, neighbors, and local post office. If the package remains missing, contact us at [email protected] and we will assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier.
